As an Access Support provider, I offer assistance to those navigating the intricacies of accessing grants and resources in the arts world. 

 I use a blend of creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking to help overcome obstacles, manifesting a pathway for artists and creatives to thrive.

You can get Access Support if you, or the key people working on your organisation’s application:

• are D/deaf
• are disabled
• are neurodivergent
• experience learning difficulties
• have a mental health condition, or have a long-term health condition
•

As an Access Support provider, I offer assistance to those navigating the intricacies of accessing grants and resources in the arts world.

 It's straightforward: fill out the Access Support Request form complete with my details and the details of how I can support you. Once submitted this will create an application for me to be your Access Support worker, and within five working days, the Arts Council typically processes your request.

For a DYCP application expect up to two days of support: £600 (2 days)

Heres an example of an hourly breakdown for the Access Support required for a DYCP application (feel free to copy and paste this as part of your request):

• Breaking down application guidelines: 1hr 
• Interviewing and taking notes: 3hrs
• Collaborating on form completion: 2hrs 
• Providing customised spellcheck and grammar support: 1hr
• Clarifying budgets: 2hrs
• Clarifying timelines: 2hrs
• Clarifying narrative texts: 3hrs 
• Navigating the online grants management system: 1hr
• Proofreading and final submission checks: 1hr

For Project grants, usually expect between three and five days support: £900 (3 days) to £1,500 (5 days)

Here's an example of hourly breakdowns to fit either 3 days (24 hours) or 5 days (40 hours) of Access Support for a Project Grant application (please feel free to copy and paste this as part of your request).

For 24 hours of project grant access support work:

• Breaking down application guidelines: 2 hours

For 40 hours of project grant access support work:

• Clarifying budgets and offering strategic advice: 6 hours
• Clarifying timelines and developing a comprehensive plan: 6 hours
